Fans of the famous New York City-based Prince Street Pizza can now find its first location in Orange County at Triangle Square in Costa Mesa. The renowned pizzeria is serving its legendary Sicilian-style square slices, original Neapolitan pizzas, and mouth-watering pizza sauce to the neighborhood. This opening marks the twelfth location for Prince Street Pizza nationally, following the recent launch in San Diego earlier this month.
Prince Street Pizza offers its iconic, delectable slices and pies, all prepared and made daily from scratch. To replicate the dough texture of its original New York City location, a water filtration process is used to match New York's water. Guests can enjoy the Sicilian Soho Square pizzas, known for their thick, crisp, and fluffy crust. Highlights include the Spicy Spring™ with fra diavolo sauce, pepperoni, fresh mozzarella, Pecorino Romano; Prince Perfection with marinara sauce, fresh mozzarella, and Pecorino Romano; and The Spicy Vodka with spicy vodka sauce, fresh mozzarella, and Pecorino Romano.
For fans of round pizza with a thin, crispy crust, Prince Street Pizza offers Neapolitan dishes such as The Green Machine with nut-free pesto sauce, shredded mozzarella, ricotta, and black olives, and The Oakey Smokey with original pizza sauce, smoked mozzarella, Pecorino Romano, fresh basil, and extra virgin olive oil. Since opening in Los Angeles in 2020, the menu has expanded to include small pizzettas, salads, risotto balls, and desserts like New York cheesecake and Italian rainbow cake.
Prince Street Pizza at Triangle Square is available for take-out and delivery through Postmates and UberEats. For more information, visit.www.princestreetpizza.com or visit Prince Street Pizza on Instagram
